When you upload content, it is processed by our proprietary AI systems to generate personalized songs, voice clones, and visual stories. We may send prompts to third-party AI services to generate songs, but these prompts do not contain your personal data. Your original audio files are not shared with third-party AI services.
Processed outputs and your original uploads may be stored temporarily to improve our algorithms, but we do not claim ownership of your underlying content.
GoRiff collects user face data (such as uploaded face images) for the purpose of generating AI-powered content featuring the user. Uploading a face image is entirely optional and at the user's sole discretion.
Face data is used exclusively to create AI-generated content (such as personalized visual stories and artwork) within the GoRiff platform. It is not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, or any purpose beyond content generation.
Your face data is not shared with any third-party services. All face data and uploaded images remain stored on GoRiff servers and are processed using our own infrastructure.
Face data is stored on GoRiff servers for as long as the user's account remains active. Users may delete their uploaded face data at any time by deleting their "riff" within the app. To delete all uploaded data entirely, users can delete their account or submit a deletion request to riff@goriff.com.

The GoRiff app is rated 4+ and is available for users of all ages. During account creation, all users are required to enter their age. We use this age information to enforce content restrictions and provide an age-appropriate experience.
Certain mature content within the app is restricted to users aged 18 and older. Users under 18 will not be shown mature content. Additionally, all users have access to in-app controls that allow them to hide mature content at any time.
